Real questions your visitors asked that your business details do not cover. Adding a line for each one is the single best thing you can do to make next week's answers better.

There is no page of past conversations, and there will not be one. An ordinary chat is not written down anywhere: it lives in the visitor's browser and is gone when they close it, and all we keep is the count. Three things are kept, each for 90 days and then deleted automatically. A lead, with the name and number the visitor typed and a short summary of what they wanted. The questions above, which are the visitor's own words with any phone number or email address stripped out before they are stored. And, if somebody asked to speak to a person, the conversation up to that point plus whatever was said afterwards, because that is the thing you read on your phone when you answer them.
